If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

The cost of the return will be €10.00 for each single shipment (this amount will be deducted directly from the cost of the products you returned. Eg if you return a
book paid €20.00, you will receive a refund with the chosen payment method equal to €10.00).

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to respect the following conditions:

– the product must be new and never used/opened;
– the product must be returned in its original packaging or of similar quality

The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact (both the products and the packaging) and, in the event of a return
not suitable, we will notify the customer and send the product back.

Bellavista Decameron View reserves the right to reject any product returned with methods other than those specified above and any product returned unpackaged or in any case with methods other than the original ones, as well as products for which they have not already been paid in full by the Customer return costs.

You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the event of the transfer of personalized products, or if the purchase was made as a professional.
Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not proceed with the refund.
